All products from SAFEDEMAND have standard 10 years warranty, which includes free repairment or replacement if you find any defect in material/component in the product.

However, SAFEDEMAND is not responsible for any damage that caused by matters outside of the SAFEDEMAND control such as fire, wear, accident or failure to follow our cleaning and maintenance instruction/procedure, etc.
